It is hard to know all the facts based on news articles, but I see not mention of a property manager and I see one item that makes me wonder. Apparently Mr Scottie Pippen thought the tenant with a middle name of Glazer was a member or related to the wealthy Glazer family that owns the Tampa Bay pro football team.
