I have been with Cal-Prop since 1990 and I have been extremely happy with their management of my property. They have helped me with purchasing another property, re finance, and up dating my apartments. I wouldn't do business with anyone else. I am especially grateful to Rick Thornton.

Got locked out of my place and Kari and Hobie were so helpful! Kari came to my place to test out keys and went back to the office to try and look for the master when the one she had didn't work. And they were trying to help me avoid any additional charges by sending a technician before I was eventually able to get through my window! Thank you Kari and Hobie!

Hobie was a great landlord, making things feel very easy. Very attentive and answers quickly. Great group at cal-prop!

Mario Jimenez, VP coastal/ northern CA District has always been extremely helpful in the 23 years. I’ve been a tenant here In San Diego. And a few few days ago I requested some service to a leaky kitchen sink faucet ,and it was handled extremely well by Cal Props’s technician Tyler who did an excellent job of notifying other tenants of water shut off and completing the task flawlessly? I recently had a maintenance request for my manager Hobie but he was on vacation. His back up manager Jaime stepped in and had my issue handled by days end. Couldn’t be happier with both Hobie and Jaime! Excellent service.

I had a few minor issues in my unit that needed to be addressed. I was thinking they'd take a while to get to it but Hobie made sure they got taken care of within a week! Keev came over and fixed all the issues - and educated me on how to prevent the issues from happening again. Would recommend Hobie as an attentive manager and Keev as a reliable handyman/repairman.

Catherine/Cate has been great to work with! She has been great at communicating and has been nothing short awesome. Super excited to live at our new apartment thanks to her. 🙂

The property manager Eric Paulin is amazing, he promptly responded to our emails and showed great concerns about the issues. He anxiously to find out what can be done to solve these issues, and he also sent the technician to do the repair. We truly appreciate his genuine efforts to taking care of the business. My husband and I have been living in an apartment complex for the last 6 months and have experienced several property managers take over, but it wasn't until Cal-Prop took over where we felt that anything was getting done. We finally got our parking spots repainted, have an on-site facilities manager and our tickets are addressed right away! We are so happy to have them now and feel more comfortable in where we are living now. Alexis Vega has also been an exceptional property manager and answers right away and gets back to us in a timely manner. She has been very helpful!

Loving our new house, rented through Cal-Prop. We put together a list of little maintenance issues (jammed window, sticky door, etc), and they sent Tyler right out to fix them within days. Tyler their handyman was fast, professional, and open to discussion. So far has been a very positive experience with Cal-Prop and their support team.

My initial skepticism about renting a home overseen by a property management company quickly disappeared thanks to his dedication and reliability. I couldn’t recommend him more highly and am genuinely grateful for the excellent service and support he has provided over the past 8 years.
