              Financial Reporting That Makes Sense

              Easy-to-read, no-nonsense reports offer clear explanations of cash flow, income and expenses. We include copies of major invoices. Single family and condo owners receive a preliminary statement with their check on the 16th of each month to help understand the check amount upon receiving it. A final month end statement is provided as well.

              Mario Jimenez, VP coastal/ northern CA District has always been extremely helpful in the 23 years. I’ve been a tenant here In San Diego. And a few few days ago I requested some service to a leaky kitchen sink faucet ,and it was handled extremely well by Cal Props’s technician Tyler who did an excellent job of notifying other tenants of water shut off and completing the task flawlessly?               I had a few minor issues in my unit that needed to be addressed. I was thinking they'd take a while to get to it but Hobie made sure they got taken care of within a week! Keev came over and fixed all the issues - and educated me on how to prevent the issues from happening again. Would recommend Hobie as an attentive manager and Keev as a reliable handyman/repairman.
