              Financial Reporting That Makes Sense

              Easy-to-read, no-nonsense reports offer clear explanations of cash flow, income and expenses. We include copies of major invoices. Single family and condo owners receive a preliminary statement with their check on the 16th of each month to help understand the check amount upon receiving it. A final month end statement is provided as well.

              I have been living at Casa Loma for almost 2 years now, and I have always had the best service from Cal-Prop. They promptly respond to every request and make the arrangements to have the issues fixed in a timely manner. Eric Paulin in Particular has been my assigned property manager, and had to deal with a difficult situation of parking disagreement with a tenant, where he intermediated the situation and proposed a solution in an extremely professional way to resolve the issue. I thank him for the service he provides to my wife and I as tenants and we hope to extend our stay here until we become homeowners. As a tenant, I can`t think of a better location.

              Cal-Prop Property Management manages several rentals, for us, and we are extremely pleased with them. This is a very good and honest company all the way from the owner, Rick Thornton, to the managers, and repair and maintenance employees. Our personal property managers, Hobie Manley, and Vice President Melissa Young are both great. They are both always available to answer our questions and quick to address any concerns. Cal-Prop provides detailed reports on each of our properties and there is never a question as to what’s been done at the site. Additionally, we have experienced little or no loss of revenue during turnover when tenants are coming and going. Thank you for the good job you have been doing for us.

I submitted a service request for a hot water leak yesterday and my property manager, Eric Paulin, called me back the same day to review the issue. He arranged for Eric Bagalini from maintenance to come by today, and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Not only was he professional and extremely knowledgeable (he explained the exact issue and what he needed to do to fix it), he was fast, kept the area clean, and was an absolute joy to work with!
